Barista Bitch Dialing In

Using a Niche Zero Grinder and an Anza espresso machine at 24, 18.5g in, 17 seconds and 30g out. Not bad, a tad too dark for me, but it had some dark chocolate notes, some sweetness, a bit of red berry and a lingering smoky taste.
