Luminous Coffee Roasters Colombia Felipe Arcila Castillo Washed Mandarine

Roasted 01/23/23 I brewed this in a Kalita wave using notneutral filters with a Niche Zero grinder. My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. I try to do a 50g bloom in the first 45 seconds then three or four more pours. 36. Orange blossom, cherry, sugar cane. Another one that got lost in the cracks.

Roasted on 11/23/22 I brewed this in a Kalita wave using notneutral filters with a Niche Zero grinder. My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. I try to do a 50g bloom in the first 45 seconds then three or four more pours. 39. Strawberry, dark chocolate, citrus and winey. Another hit, I really enjoy Luminous Coffee Roasters, but I feel their qr codes are not always ready when they ship their coffees. I love the volume of information they give, but it's not always easily accessible. Their tasting notes symbols are either easy to read or try to fail to convey whatever they are trying to. I wish there was an online key or that they didn't change them so often.

Roasted on 10/22/22 I brewed this in a Kalita wave using notneutral filters with a Niche Zero grinder. My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. I try to do a 50g bloom in the first 45 seconds then three or four more pours. 36. Watermelon, vinegar-like acidity, raw cacao and pineapple. A little too acidic at first, but it grows on you as you drink. Not as clean tasting as I'd like, but good nevertheless.
