Roasted 05/09/23 41. Dried peach, apple and brown sugar. 

Roasted 04/06/23 I brewed this in a Kalita wave using notneutral filters with a Niche Zero grinder. My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. Roasted 04/22/23 39. Mango, chocolate, unami and acidic. A little strange to be honest and something I don't know if I liked. There was almost a mushroom-like taste that I described as unami. It wasn't earthy, but strange.

A little too much acid at the front that disappears quickly.

It had a weird almost, but not quite unami/mushroom/miso/earthy-but-not-quite taste to it, but it was interesting. Reminds me a bit of some young shou purrs.
