Roasted on 05/05/20 I brewed this in a Kalita wave using notneutral filters with a Ditting KR1203 grinder. My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. I try to do a 50g bloom in the first 45 seconds then three or four more pours. 6.675. This tastes like Linea Caffe Espresso, I think it is just rebranded. Very juicy, apricot followed by honey with an overwhelming bittersweet chocolate finish. Ok as a daily drinker.

Once again I am here and do not know if I will return tomorrow. The owner has mistreated me so much and broken so many labor laws that I can barely process the situation.
