Barista Bitch Dialing In

Using a Niche Zero Grinder and an Anza espresso machine at 19, 18.4g in, 22 seconds and 30g out. Dark chocolate, caramel, black tea, red grape sweetness and very creamy. I loved it as a daily drinker, despite have some black tea notes I didn't find this astringent like most coffees that are tea-like or with predominant tea notes.
