Tectonic Coffee Roasters Tectonic Blend

18.2g in 33 seconds 27g out  I realize haven't been religiously recording my parameters. I've been busy for the most part and I have been struggling with the owners of the place I am managing. They are inexperienced and have unrealistic expectations. After a month of working with them I am already looking elsewhere.  Lots of chocolate and stonefruit.

Equator Coffee Roasters Tigerwalk Espresso

Roasted 3/10/22 18.6g in 27 seconds 28g out Only a day off roast and very temperamental, but just like I remember it, lots of cherry and strawberry jam and bright lemon throughout.  I haven't really said much, but I am at a new place and I am trying to set it up as a multi-roaster and so far have been trying to bring in a lot of my old favorites.

Dialog Cafe Dialog Blend Espresso

Using a Niche Zero Grinder and an Anza espresso machine at 22, 19.2g in, 24 seconds and 30g out. Chocolate, lots of cloves, brief fleeting blueberry and very smooth. I did not enjoy this, unfortunately I am not a fan of spice or herb notes in most coffees. I think this was an Ethiopian Sumatran and Brazil blend, if it was just an Ethiopian Brazil blend (I suspect the cloves originate in the Sumatran portion) that it could be a mediocre if not daily drinker.

Noë Valley Coffee Roasters Honduras San Vicente Espresso Revised

Using a Niche Zero Grinder and an Anza espresso machine at 22, 19.5g in, 15 seconds and 35g out. It is a lot thinner than the last time I had it, but more intense albeit briefly. Blackberry at the front, dark chocolate and sweetness throughout. I am not sure if I prefer it like this. Everything felt like it was there for a second and gone in another.

Noë Valley Coffee Roasters Honduras San Vicente Espresso

Using a Niche Zero Grinder and an Anza espresso machine at 18, 18.9g in, 14 seconds and 30g out. It still is a little young and has a slight grassy scent that I hope will go away as it rests, but it starts with a brief yet intense pop of blueberry notes and a lot of cereal. It tastes better as a straight espresso than anything with milk, even a gibraltar.

Ritual Coffee Roasters Sweet Tooth Nano Challa Espresso

Using a Niche Zero Grinder and an Anza espresso machine at 24, 19.1g in, 31 seconds and 33g out. I am not surprised that this turned out better than I thought, there still is predominantly chocolate notes throughout with some acidic pineapple. I found this really enjoyable even though I generally find espresso that taste like chocolate and fruit boring.
