Cupa Coffee Roasters Java "Giling Basah" Parahyanga

Roasted on 06/07/2021 I brewed this in a Kalita wave using notneutral filters with a Niche Zero grinder. My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. I try to do a 50g bloom in the first 45 seconds then three or four more pours. 41. Very interesting. It is very aromatic and heavy at the same time. Strong cedar notes, toasted barely, a lot of sweetness and green vegetables.

Proud Mary Coffee Roasters Honduras Javier Hernandez Double Anaerobic Honey

Roasted on 06/04/2021 I brewed this in a Kalita wave using notneutral filters with a Niche Zero grinder. My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. I try to do a 50g bloom in the first 45 seconds then three or four more pours. 38. Lots of peach notes, lilac-like floral notes, some very sweet cherry and a good amount of acidity. I rather liked this. I tend to enjoy anaerobic, however I don't think this is as much of a fruit bomb some anaerobic are, in fact I don't think I have had any double anaerobics that are as intense as normals.

Noë Valley Coffee Roasters Honduras San Vicente

Roasted on 05/27/2021 I brewed this in a Kalita wave using notneutral filters with a Niche Zero grinder. My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. I try to do a 50g bloom in the first 45 seconds then three or four more pours. 43. Lots of dark chocolate notes throughout, some bright blueberry and a lot of butterscotch. It feels similar to a chocolate covered berry.

Noë Valley Coffee Roasters Honduras San Vicente Espresso Revised

Using a Niche Zero Grinder and an Anza espresso machine at 22, 19.5g in, 15 seconds and 35g out. It is a lot thinner than the last time I had it, but more intense albeit briefly. Blackberry at the front, dark chocolate and sweetness throughout. I am not sure if I prefer it like this. Everything felt like it was there for a second and gone in another.
