Lots of chocolate and some sweetness throughout. Chromatic Holy Mountain Espresso: Roasted 05/05/20 16.1g in 21 seconds 40g out 198.3°F Preinfusion doesn't really do much for this, but it is delicious. Lots of Yuzu sweetness, a bit of toasted almonds and cocoa at the end. Decaf Equator Blend Espresso: Roasted 04/23/20 19.3g in 28 seconds 30g out 198.3°F Just woodsy.
