I am always surprised at my distaste for a couple particular coworkers. One who seems to always be the cause of some innate drama. 2.5 second preinfusion for all three. Lots of fleeting cherry notes at the front with some sweetness throughout. A little darker than I'd like. Roasted on 04/26/20 I brewed this in a Kalita wave using notneutral filters with a Ditting KR1203 grinder. My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. I try to do a 50g bloom in the first 45 seconds then three or four more pours. 7. Everything was nice. The finer it got the less juicy and more chocolate-y it became. Cherry, caramel sweetness and chocolate. I could drink this everyday. Normally I am not a fan of Tectonic Blend, but this has been vastly superior to the previous batches I have tried.
