Using a Niche Zero Grinder and an Anza espresso machine at 21, 18.4g in, 25 seconds and 24g out. I am not happy with how this turned out, as an espresso there was lots of sweet strawberry notes and chocolate, but as a gibraltar it was unbalanced and tart.
