Roasted on 07/02/20 I brewed this in a Kalita wave using notneutral filters with a Ditting KR1203 grinder. My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. I try to do a 50g bloom in the first 45 seconds then three or four more pours. 6.125. Last time I dialed this in I was at 6.25 and it had a lot of blueberry notes, sadly it doesn't this time nor is it as clean tasting. Lots of milk chocolate notes with a thick body and some fruit notes. Ok for a regular drip.

My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. I try to do a 50g bloom in the first 45 seconds then three or four more pours. 6.375. 6.0-6.75 all great, 6.375 was the cleanest tasting, 6.5 was the crispest tasting. Extremely balanced lots of cocoa and molasses. It won't wow you, but it is very easy to drink.
