Dialing in 3/9/20 take 2

So I ran out of CounterCulture Hologram and had to dial in during service which I was not happy about and my second grinder was not broken, just the burrs weren't completely installed.

Linea Caffe Espresso:
Roasted on 2/27/20
18.3g in 24 seconds 24-26g out
A bit too bland, but oddly subtle. Not really sutible for anything beyond a macchiato.

Tico Sangre de Toro Espresso:
Roasted on 3/3/20
18.5g in 21 seconds 30-35g out
Much darker than I normally like and a slight off aftertaste.

Equator Decaf Espresso:
Roasted on 2/26/20
15g in 15 seconds 30g out

Barefoot Coffee Roasters Organic Decaf Peru

I brewed this in a Kalita wave using notneutral filters with a Niche Zero grinder. My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. I try to do a 50g bloom in the first 45 seconds then three or four more pours. 44. Nutty, malty, and weirdly floral. Honestly this is a pretty good decaf espresso and pour over, it won't wow you, but better than many decafs I've tried.

Roasted on 07/02/20 I brewed this in a Kalita wave using notneutral filters with a Ditting KR1203 grinder. My recipe is 28g coffee, 400g hot water not necessarily aiming for any particular time, but somewhere between four and five and half minutes. I try to do a 50g bloom in the first 45 seconds then three or four more pours. 6.125. All the way up to 6.375 was great. Lots of Dark chocolate notes some black cherry and unripe plum. I liked it, it would be amazing if it was slightly lighter.
