Safeway is dead to me. I don't know that bitch. 3.5 second preinfusion for all three today.
Tico Sangre De Toro Espresso:
Roasted on 04/06/20
18.7g in 24 seconds 30g out 198.5°F
J don't really have enough to properly dial in, but just chocolate notes.
Moksha GSM Blend Espresso:
Roasted on 04/11/20
18.2g in 22 seconds 30g out 198.5°F
My 3.5 second preinfusion is helping somewhat to highlight those berry notes, but still not enough. Predominantly bittersweet chocolate with an earthy finish.
Stumptown Decaf Trapper Creek Espresso:
Roasted on 03/31/20
15.2g in 17 seconds 30g 198.5°F
Very interesting. Preinfusion seems to help this one alot.
